Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return:
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags/labels attached.
Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene/safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
Personalized/custom-made products
Intimate apparel, swimwear, or pierced jewelry (unless defective)
Digital products or downloadable content
3. Return Process

Include your order number and reason for return.
You will receive return instructions and a prepaid return label (if applicable).
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Refunds
will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are
non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g.,
wrong/damaged item).
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. Contact us first to confirm stock.
6. Damaged/Defective Items
Report damaged/defective items within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.
7. Late/Missing Refunds
If
your refund is delayed beyond 10 business days, contact your
bank/credit card provider first, then reach out to us for assistance.
